Elias Prince Franco is a New York City-born art director, stylist, and marketing strategist with over a decade of experience in editorial direction, brand creative, and community-driven campaigns.
He studied at FIT before leaving to pursue opportunities with Hood By Air, Seventh House PR, and T Magazine. In 2011, he was discovered on Instagram by Nicola Formichetti, and quickly became an integral part of Formichetti’s creative team. Over the years, Franco played a key role in editorial direction and brand creative for Mugler, Uniqlo, Diesel, and more, helping shape their visual identity, campaign narratives, and overall creative strategy. He also collaborated on editorial projects for Vogue Homme Japan, Elle, Paper, V Magazine, and V Man.
Beyond the fashion world, Franco has contributed to campaigns for Opening Ceremony, M.A.C x Girlboss, and Def Jam, applying his expertise in brand storytelling and cultural marketing. His ability to blend artistic vision with strategic insights has made him a sought-after creative force in multiple industries.
Most recently, Franco worked as a Marketing strategist in the cannabis industry, leading creative direction, event activations, and community-driven campaigns that elevated brand presence and consumer engagement. From high-impact product launches to experiential in-store activations and digital strategy, he has continued to push boundaries in creative marketing.
While working across fashion, music, and cannabis, Franco continues to develop #iReflectNY, a photography series capturing the intimate and ever-evolving creative landscape of New York City.
